Below is a List of frequently asked questions. We came up with a list of questions and answers to try to answer some of your questions. More will add more as they come up.

Q: Can You Repair My Equipment at My Home?

A: We only provide repair services at our facility. You will need to bring your equipment to our facility during our regular business hours.

Q: Can You Pick Up or Deliver my Equipment and Take it to Your Shop?

A: At this time, we do not pick up or deliver. We hope to be able to add this server in the future.

Q: Do I Need to Make an Appointment to Have My Equipment Repaired?

A: No appointment is necessary, major repairs are conducted based on the order received at our facility. We do minor repairs as soon as possible.

Q: I Need my Equipment Repaired, If I Bring it in Will You Fix While I am There?

A: No, we take them in and take the time to check them over for the problem when we know what is wrong with it, we will call you and let you know what we find.

Q: Do you carry parts?

A: We carry some parts in stock, but they are used for repairs we make often and in most cases are not for sale to the public.

Q: My Equipment Is in Need of Repair and Is Still Under Warranty, Do You Provide Warranty Services?

A: At this time, we do not do warranty work, we hope to be able to add that to our service in the future.

Q: How Long Will It Take to Repair My Equipment?

A: Estimated time of repairs varies throughout the year. We will give you an estimated time for repairs when we check in your equipment. It will also depend on how long it takes to get our order in if we have to get parts.

Q: My Equipment Will Not Start How Much Is It Going to Cost to Repair My Machine.

A: Pricing varies with each type of equipment. We will provide an estimate once we find out what is wrong with your equipment.

Q:  Will I Be Called Before Repairs Are Initiated on My Equipment?

A: Yes we will call you before we do any repairs with the cost once we do our assessment.

Q: Can I Have My Equipment Diagnosed?

A: A complete diagnosis can only be determined if a machine brought to our facility can be started. Our minimum repair cost includes the minimum service to get equipment started. We cannot tell you what is wrong with your machine over the phone.

Q: Do You Service Electric Equipment?

A: Unfortunately, we do not provide any service on electric power equipment.

Q: I Have Equipment That I No Longer Want and Would Like to Get Rid Of, What Can I Do with It?

A: We will accept your unwanted lawn and garden equipment and, in some instances, pick up the equipment at no cost to you.
